Bullet proofed lightweight wall construction with outer and inner panels fitted to upright supports to absorb shots without ricochets

A lightweight construction bullet proof wall has upright supports onto which are hinge inner panels (21 to 24) for stopping projectiles and with outer trim panels (11, 12) The outer panels can be in several layers and provide a trim effect and prevent ricochets and shrapnel. The inner layers can be made of fibre reinforced gypsum and with optional sheet metal with typical thickness of 1.5 mm. The upright supports have C-shaped profiled and hold the panels in an offset pattern to prevent gaps.
