AROMATIC POLYAMIDE RESIN, EPOXY RESIN COMPOSITION, AND ITS CURED PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoxy composition whose cured product has flame retardancy, flexibility and heat resistance and whose varnish excels in storage stability. SOLUTION: The aromatic polyamide resin for an epoxy resin curing agent has a structure represented by formula (1). In the formula m and n are each an average value; m+n is a positive number of 2-200; n is a positive number of≥0.1; Ar1and Ar3are each an arylene group; Ar2is an arylene group having a phenolic hydroxy group; and Ar4indicates the same meaning as Ar1or Ar2.
