PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torch support device capable of coping with every torch in the case where a welding torch is changed from a straight torch to a curve torch by welding conditions at the time of performing fillet welding, e.g., by an automatic welder truck. SOLUTION: A torch angle control frame and torch back side support frame supporting a torch clamp are respectively used as separate components, are fitted to a support screw part in a vertical slide frame fitted to an automatic welder truck in such a manner that their angles are controlled in accordance with a torch shape, and are dealt with the shape of various welding torches. Thus, in one kind of torch support device, the fitting of various torches is made possible. Further, a torch back part clamp is clamped and fixed with a modified U-bolt and fixed so as to be made adaptable to respectively different hand parts. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
