A first part of the plate (4) in side view is fixed in the ski direction as against a second plate part which can move lengthways but is fixed permanently by nontwisting support (2b) to a curved trackway (2a) so as to swivel guidably round the trackway center (M). The convex track part can lie below the ski (1) or above. The trackway has either convex or concave side uppermost so the support maintains position relative the plate during ski flex and counterflex movements. The center part of the palte (4) moves vertically but cannot move lengthways.
