<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily correct a target stored hot water heat amount if necessary, in a hot water storage type hot water supply apparatus of learning control wherein the target stored hot water heat amount is determined by a past use amount. <P>SOLUTION: This hot water storage type hot water supply apparatus has: a hot water storage tank 6 storing hot water; a heating part 2 boiling the hot water inside the hot water storage tank 6; a necessary stored hot water calculation part 21 determining a target stored hot water heat amount on the following day from the use hot water amount by a plurality of past days: and a remote controller 4 having a display part 38. By providing a correction means 40 capable of arbitrarily correcting the target stored hot water heat amount on the following day determined by the necessary stored hot water calculation part 21, the determined target stored hot water heat amount is corrected to an increasing direction, so as to prevent generation of hot water shortage or a problem of spending time on reheating and to cover a fault of the economical and convenient learning control.
