PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low temperature corrosion preventing structure for use in exhaust-gas treating equipment, which structure is capable of preventing a low temperature corrosion near a supported section which is caused by a temperature drop due to a heat transfer to a support member. SOLUTION: The supported section 10 has support hardwares 12 fixed on an iron shell 11 of the exhaust-gas treating equipment and also has support legs 13. The support hardwares 12 and the support legs 13 are combined with each other through connecting hardwares 14 fixed on the support legs 13. Further, an inner cover 16 is fixedly welded through its base portion 10A on the inner surface of the iron shell 11 of the supported section 10 so as to cover the supported section 10, thereby forming a thermally insulating space between the inner cover and the iron shell 4.
