PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a concrete wall-like member capable of mounting an expansion joint material without deformation and, at the same time, being efficiently constructed without being influenced by corrosion. SOLUTION: In the construction method of the concrete wall-like member, first of all, form panels 4a and 4b are oppositely arranged in succession to both sides of a concrete placing space 3 wherein a handrail is constructed along the center of wall 2 of the handrail 1 of a bridge as the concrete wall-like member and, at the same time, a cement board 5 is vertically placed so as to make right angles to the center of wall 2 to fix by holding both side edge sections 6 and 6 between the form panels 4a and 4b adjacent to each other (step 101). Then, concrete is placed in the concrete placing space 3 in a state to mount the expansion joint material 21 to the cement board 5 (step 102). Then, the form panels 4a and 4b are stripped, and a projected part of the cement board 5 projected from the side of the formed handrail 1 is cut and removed (step 103).
