<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium ion secondary battery with high output excellent in preservation durability and a charge/discharge cycle property at high temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The lithium ion secondary battery is composed of a positive electrode having lithium-containing organic oxide as a positive electrode activator, a negative electrode containing a carbonaceous material as a negative electrode activator, and nonaqueous electrolyte liquid with electrolyte dissolved in an organic solvent. A compound expressed by formula (1) is added in the nonaqueous electrolyte liquid as an additive. In the formula, M denotes transition metal or the like, A<SP>a+</SP>denotes metal ion, proton, or onium ion, a denotes 1 to 3, b denotes 1 to 3, p denotes b/a, m denotes 1 to 4, n denotes 1 to 8, and q denotes 0 or 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
