A process for fabricating a superconducting circuit requiring no expensive vacuum deposition system, photolithography technology and etching means. The process for fabricating a superconducting circuit is characterized by comprising a step for drawing a circuit pattern on one or both sides of a dielectric substrate or an insulating substrate by directly applying coating solution for forming a superconducting film by means of an ink jet printer or a bubble jet printer, a step for calcinating the circuit pattern thus drawn, and a step for firing the circuit pattern after calcination.
