GAS RANGE CAPABLE OF SETTING FIRE POWER TO INCREASE HEAT EFFICIENCY IN HEATING A COOK-POT

PURPOSE: A gas range is provided to improve heat efficiency by operating a gas burner at fire power for maximizing heat efficiency in heating a cook-pot by setting a fire regulating knob to an optimal fire mark. CONSTITUTION: A gas range is composed of a fire regulating knob(S) for setting fire power of a gas burner(2) and an ignition/extinguishment operating unit for executing ignition and extinguishment of the gas burner. An optimal fire mark for each kind of cook-pots(9) is indicated on an operation range of the fire regulating knob to set the fire power for maximizing heat efficiency determined by dividing and adding absorbed heat capacity of the cook-pot for combustion rate of the gas burner set by the fire regulating knob. The kind of cook-pot is determined by size and the combination of a material and the size of the cook-pot.
