摘要 PURPOSE: An active matrix type organic electro-luminescent device and a fabricating method thereof are provided to reduce a loss of light by forming a reflective layer between on a signal line and the first electrode or between a power line and the first electrode. CONSTITUTION: An active matrix type organic electro-luminescent device includes a substrate(300), an oxide layer(305), an active layer, a gate insulating layer(310), a gate electrode, a power line(325), a source electrode, a drain electrode, a signal line(335), the first electrode(360), an organic layer(365), and the second electrode(370). A reflective layer(375) is installed between the signal line(335) and the first electrode(360) or between the power line(325) and the first electrode(360). The reflective layer(375) is formed between an upper surface of the gate insulating layer(310) and a bottom surface of an insulating layer deposited on the power line(325).
