摘要 PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device and a method of manufacturing a thin film transistor substrate are provided to reduce a high pixel count even in contact between a common electrode with a reflection portion by electrically separating the reflection portion and a transmission portion within one pixel electrode. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate includes a thin film transistor and a pixel electrode. The thin film transistor is formed on a first transparent substrate. The pixel electrode is formed to be electrically connected to the thin film transistor and includes a reflection portion(334) and a transmission portion(332) separated from each other. A second substrate includes an organic film(346) and a common electrode(348). The organic film is formed on a second transparent substrate. The common electrode is formed at an upper plate of the organic film, configured to face the pixel electrode. A liquid crystal(336) is injected between the first substrate and the second substrate.
