SAVING POWER CIRCUIT FOR MONITOR FORMED WITH SIMPLIFIED CIRCUIT

PURPOSE: A saving power circuit for a monitor formed with a simplified circuit is provided to simplify configuration of the power saving circuit by automatically performing power saving operation of the rest power saving mode drivers according to the operation of one power saving mode driver, and offer a cost saving effect and design convenience by minimizing a component number of the circuit. CONSTITUTION: A rectifier(BD11) performs full-wave rectification for input AC power. A power transformer(10) supplies rectified power to the secondary side by generating the induced power according to a winding ratio. The first and the second rectifying/smoothing part(30,40) rectify and smooth the secondary power of the power transformer. The first power saving mode driver(50) controls output of the first DC power rectified/smoothed in the first rectifying/smoothing part according to a power saving mode signal. The second power saving mode driver(60) controls the output of the second DC power rectified/smoothed in the second rectifying/smoothing part according to driving of the first power saving mode driver.
