摘要 The invention refers to medicine and veterinary medicine, in particular to a process for applying an antibiotic coating on bodies with interconnected microcavities, to a body with antibiotic coating and to the use thereof. The process for applying an antibiotic coating on bodies with interconnected microcavities includes introduction into the microcavities by impregnation, atomization or dripping of an aqueous solution 1, containing at least one readily soluble in water antibiotic component from the group of aminoglycosides, tetracyclines, licosamides, 4-quinolones and chlorhexidines, and of an aqueous solution 2, containing at least one readily soluble in water amphiphilic component from the group of alkyl sulphates, alkyl sulphonates, alkyl aryl sulphates, dialkyl aryl sulphates, alkyl aryl sulphonates, dialkyl aryl sulphonates, cycloalkyl sulphates, cycloalkyl sulphonates, alkyl cycloalkyl sulphates, at the same time between the introduction of the solutions 1 and 2 the water, as a rule, is eliminated with the formation in the microcavities from the components of the solutions 1 and 2 of a slightly soluble in water residue.The proposed bodies are made so that onto the microcavity surface is formed a coating of at least one salt or one complex, the latter containing at least one cationic component, formed of one or several representatives of the aminoglycoside, tetracycline, lincosamide, 4-quinolone antibiotics and chlorhexidines, and at least one anionic component, formed of one or several representatives from the group of alkyl sulphates, alkyl sulphonates, alkyl aryl sulphonates, dialkyl sulphonates, alkyl aryl sulphonates, dialkyl aryl sulphonates, cycloalkyl sulphates, cycloalkyl sulphonates, alkyl cycloalkyl sulphates. The bodies with the applied antibiotic coating may be used as implants.
