PURPOSE: An organic electro-luminescence device employing a hole injection layer, a small molecular hole transfer layer, and/or a high molecular-small molecular hybrid electro-luminescence layer and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to elongate a lifetime of the electro-luminescence device by applying a high molecular-small molecular hybrid electro-luminescence layer therein. CONSTITUTION: An organic electro-luminescence device includes a substrate(100), the first electrode(200), a hole injection layer(300), a small molecular hole transfer layer(400), a high molecular-small molecular hybrid electro-luminescence layer(500), and the second electrode(800). The electrode defines a pixel region on the substrate. The hole injection layer and/or the small molecular hole transfer layer are implemented on the first electrode. The high molecular-small molecular hybrid electro-luminescence layer is implemented on the hole injection layer and the small molecular hole transfer layer. The second electrode is implemented on the electro-luminescence layer.
