PURPOSE: A mesh panel for a wall and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve working efficiency, and to weld both ends of the cross rod into the mesh rod automatically and integrally by traveling the trolley according to control of a control panel and laying the cross rod in the panel on the trolley. CONSTITUTION: A rectangular trolley(100) with a rack gear(110) is prepared around a panel mounting part of a body travel path, a panel(10) is mounted to the trolley to fasten meshes at both sides of a Styrofoam plate or a urethane foam plate. The trolley is moved into the cross rod mounting part by actuating step driving gears(210) with a step motor, and moved in the cross rod mounting part by driving servo driving gears with a servo motor. Cross rods are zigzagged and inserted to the Styrofoam plate or the urethane foam plate over the trolley, and welded into the mesh by a welding machine. The trolley is moved according to the lead travel input signal of the servo motor, and moved into the panel output unit of the machine.
