The device has a curved front part (2) with two transversal one-eyed slits (4). Each slit has an inner edge (6) with a protrusion (7) turned towards an interior of concavity of the curved front part and an outer edge (8) with a protrusion (9) turned towards an exterior of the concavity of the front part. The protrusion (9) is offset from the protrusion (7) of respective inner edges, towards the exterior of the front part.
