<p>Composition (C1) containing at least one arene-fused cyclopentane-1,2,3-trione derivative (I) is used to dye hair. Composition (C1) containing at least one arene-fused bis-cyclopentane-1,2,3-trione derivative of formula (I) is used to dye hair. [Image] A : an optionally fused mono- or polycyclic aromatic group of at least 6 ring members, optionally including one or more heteroatoms (N, O, S and/or P). Independent claims are also included for: (1) cosmetic dye composition (C2) comprising at least one compound (I) and a surfactant and/or polymer; (2) ready-to-use cosmetic dye composition (C3) comprising at least one compound (I) and a compound (II) with a primary or secondary amine function and/or an activated methylene function; (3) multicomponent dyeing product comprising (C1) and a composition (C4) comprising (II); (4) hair dyeing by applying (C2) or (C3) and rinsing and washing the hair when the desired color is attained; (5) hair dyeing by applying (C1) and (C4) in any order.</p> |
