The invention relates to a process for encapsulating the toxic metals from wastes which contain zinc, tin, cobalt, chromium, nickel, cadmium, magnesium and lead, resulting in large quantities from the technologies of protecting the metallic surfaces, and transforming the same into a stable product, not capable of being levigated, which does not affect the environment factors. This process recommends the transformation of the toxic metals from wastes, into stable compounds, by treating with the waste resulting from the oxyacetylene welding and encapsulation by cementation with other two types of wastes, namely, blast-furnace slag with latent binding properties and, optionally, grit resulting from the sand blasting.
|
