The frame has an axle with two wheels on which two interior and exterior parallel mounting bars are rigidly fixed. The bars are made in U shape by standard metallic tube or durable folded material. Exterior mountings has an inclined fixation part at the axle to permit a carriage frame assembly and the wheels to cross obstacles. Interior mountings has a hook for fixing the interior mountings to the axle and to an end of a bending. An independent claim is also included for a hand carriage.
