<p>An apparatus and method for illuminating a banner, flag, or pennant, in addition to illuminating substantially the entire length of a support, such as a flagpole. In the preferred embodiment, a lighting element is placed inside a partially or wholly translucent support, thereby illuminating the support as well as the banner.</p> |
