PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate soldering work in the lead wire securing work of a DC miniature motor, and to secure a lead wire simply and surely. SOLUTION: A rotor having a shaft secured with a commutator is contained in a bottomed tubular motor case having an inner circumferential surface secured with a permanent magnet, base part of a pair of brushes 8 and 8 sliding on the commutator is fixed to the inner surface of a bracket 7 closing the open part of the motor case, and lead wires 9 and 9 for external connection are connected with the base part of the brushes 8 and 8. In such a DC miniature motor, a through hole 10 for inserting the lead wire 9 is formed in the bracket 7, and a terminal 14 for fixing the brush 8 is provided with a resilient conductor 15. When the resilient conductor 15 is inserted into the through hole 10 and the lead wire 9 is inserted into the through hole 10, the resilient conductor 15 presses the lead wire 9 against the inner wall part of the through hole 10 thus securing the lead wire 9 in the through hole 10.
