ELECTROLUMINESCENT ELEMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new charge filling type electroluminescent element capable of improving light emitting efficiency by raising internal quantum efficiency, besides by using a phosphorescent material as a light emitting layer. SOLUTION: This electroluminescent element for emitting the light by re-binding holes filled from a positive electrode with electron filled from a negative electrode is provided with a light emitting layer formed from the only inorganic compound between a hole transportation layer and an electron transportation layer formed from an organic compound.
