<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated electronic component which, even when its crystal particles are atomized, has a large dielectric constant and a small temperature dependence of dielectric constant and, even under a high voltage, exhibits a small decrease in electrostatic capacity. <P>SOLUTION: A dielectric porcelain is provided which is a sintered compact containing perovskite-type barium calcium titanate zirconate crystal particles (BCTZ crystal particles) (1) ä[(Ba<SB>1-x</SB>Ca<SB>x</SB>)<SB>m</SB>(Ti<SB>1-y</SB>Zr<SB>y</SB>)O<SB>3</SB>] (wherein 0.15≤x≤0.25, 0.15≤y≤0.20, and 1.000<m)} of which a part of the site A is substituted by Ca and BCTZ crystal particles (2) ä[(Ba<SB>1-z</SB>Ca<SB>z</SB>)<SB>n</SB>(Ti<SB>1-s</SB>Zr<SB>s</SB>)O<SB>3</SB>] (wherein 0≤z≤0.08, 0.01≤s≤0.10, and 1.000<n)} of which a part of the site B is substituted by Zr.
