PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring board wherein the wide electric resistance property of a resistor can be set without using many kinds of carbon pastes and the electric resistance value of the resistor using laser beams can be adjusted without damaging a board main body even in a resin board, and to provide a method of manufacturing the wiring board. SOLUTION: A wiring pattern 14 is formed on the board. A horizontal-type connection resistor 30 is formed between electrodes 14a formed in the arranged wiring pattern 14 and spaced from each other by a certain distance within the same plane.
