PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for producing and reproducing a short film, in which only by selecting any one of elements such as a static image, a musical piece, a style and the like, other elements matched thereto can be determined to produce and reproduce a short film, and by reflecting an object in the static image on a visual effect, a short film improved in entertainment property can be produced and reproduced. SOLUTION: The device comprises an image characteristic quantity extraction part 1107 for extracting an image characteristic quantity from an input image, an image-style characteristic quantity conversion part 1115 for converting the image characteristic quantity to a style characteristic quantity, an image-musical characteristic quantity conversion part 1118 for converting the image characteristic quantity to a musical characteristic quantity, a style determination part 1116 for determining a style based on the style characteristic quantity, a music determination part 1119 for determining a musical piece based on the musical characteristic quantity, and a scenario generation part 1117 for generating a scenario by use of the static image, the musical piece and the style.
