PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic latent image developing toner which can be fixed at a low temperature without causing an offset phenomenum and which is improved in smear property. SOLUTION: An electrostatic latent image is developed by using the electrostatic latent image developing toner which has a polyester resin as the main resin and contains a wax having≤2 penetration degree and a wax having 4 to 20 penetration degree at 25°C, in which the sum of the all wax added being 1 to 10 mass% with respect to the whole toner amount and the added amount of the wax having≤2 penetration degree equal to or larger than the added amount of the wax having 4 to 20 penetration degree. By using the polyester resin as the main resin together with at least two kinds of waxes having different penetration degrees, and by using the wax having≤2 penetration degree and the wax having 4 to 20 penetration degree at 25°C, the obtained toner reduces power consumption, can be fixed in a low temperature region and has excellent smear property without degrading offset property, blocking property and image characteristics.
