PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus and the battery extraction method of the electronic apparatus wherein pulling-out of a battery is simply enabled from a small area opening when the electronic apparatus is discarded. SOLUTION: The battery 24 is arranged by interposing a beltlike flexible connecting member 25 like a flexible printed circuit board to a main substrate 58. The battery is bonded to a lid 22 for closing the opening 21. When the battery 24 is discarded, the lid 22 is opened, pulling-out of the battery is performed outside casings 20, 43, and the beltlike flexible connecting member 25 is pulled and cut, so that the battery 24 is separated from the main substrate 58.
