PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin composition having mechanical properties, especially flexibility and impact resistance under a low-temperature atmosphere such as -40°C and even excellent fluidity, moldability and chemical resistance. SOLUTION: The polyester resin composition comprises (a) 95-60 wt.% of a polyester resin having 30-80 equivalents/t content of carboxy terminal groups and (b) 5-40 wt.% of an olefinic resin composed of (b-1) an olefin copolymer prepared by introducing a monomer component having an epoxy group into an olefinic polymer and (b-2) an ethylene/α-olefinic copolymer obtained by copolymerizing ethylene with a 3-20Cα-olefin. The polyester resin composition has morphology in which (a) the polyester resin forms a continuous phase and (b) the olefinic resin is dispersed with 2-0.01μm average particle diameter in the composition.
