A sensor assembly (SA) detects a final position (FP) for a first adjustable component (FAC) , i.e. a guide pin (12), compared to a second component (SC), i.e. a guide and retaining element (22) and a locking position for a locking element (36) for securing the FAC on the SC in its FP, where the FAC adjusts an adjusting element (28) carrying a sensor (34) into an operating position.
