PURPOSE: A waterproof agent for paint film is provided to improve compatibility with mineral fillers, adhesion with a floor surface, water resistance, elongation, low temperature resistance and tear strength of the paint film. CONSTITUTION: The waterproof agent for paint film using cationic emulsified asphalt comprises 63-74 wt% of cationic emulsified asphalt, 0.3-0.6 wt% of an emulsion stabilizer, 25-35 wt% of a synthetic polymer emulsion, 0.3-0.6 wt% of a viscosity modifier, 0.2-0.4 wt% of a pH adjusting agent, and 0.2-0.4 wt% of a defoaming agent. Particularly, the emulsified asphalt conforms to KS M2203 or ASTM D 2397-94 CRS, CMS or CSS. |
