PURPOSE: A device for inducing a service execution in combination with a mobile communication terminal is provided to transmit access information on a stored contents supply site to a mobile communication terminal, in order to request a site access, so that a user can automatically access a desired Internet site without a key operation. CONSTITUTION: An interface(160) performs data communication with a mobile communication terminal. An information storage(157) stores access information on a contents supply site. A system memory(155) stores system driving program data. A controller(153) consists of a communication control layer for controlling communication with the mobile communication terminal, an external terminal specification control layer for controlling a specification of the terminal, and an information storage control layer for controlling an access of the information storage(157). The controller(153) transmits access information on the contents supply site to an application program interface of the terminal based on the program data, and requests the access to the contents supply site.
