The cylinder roller bearing (1) has an inner ring (2) and an outer ring (3) and between these are a cylinder roller (4) with a defined roller diameter (Dw) and a cage (5) for guiding the cylinder roller. The cage has two parallel side rings (6,7) that are connected together via struts (8) and have insertion pockets (9) for the cylinder rollers. The side tings are formed so that for guiding of the cage is carried out via a radial end surface (10,11) with radially outstretched borders (12,13) that extend along the bearing housing ring.
