PURPOSE: A perpendicular measuring device for boring and grouting is provided to prevent infirm construction and to undertake construction effectively. CONSTITUTION: The perpendicular measuring device for boring and grouting comprises a perpendicular measuring instrument(9) installed to the lower end of an angle-measuring cavity(8c) formed in a boring-grouting rod(4) to transmit by converting a volt-level outputted by the angle sensor according to a gradient into digital signals in a sensor signal processing unit and provided with an angle sensor and a sensor signal processing unit, a transmitter(13) installed to a head(14) of a reader(2) to transmit wirelessly by receiving the measured data from the perpendicular measuring instrument(9) through a data cable(12), and a perpendicular indicator for indicating or printing by receiving the transmitted data from the transmitter(13) and converting into perpendicular.
