PURPOSE: A keypad for a cellular phone and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce manufacturing steps and manufacturing cost by forming a pressure tip and a film in one entity. CONSTITUTION: A keypad for a cellular phone includes a film(2), a pressure tip(3), and an elastic condensing tip(4). The film includes a plurality of punching portions(2a). The pressure tip is coupled with each of the punching portions in one entity and is formed to be exposed from the punching portions. The elastic condensing tip is formed at a lower portion of the pressure tip and includes a pressure protrusion(4a) at a portion corresponding to the pressure tip.
