PURPOSE: A method for calculating an oil film characteristic of a trust bearing for a turbine used in a pumped-storage power plant is provided to enhance a work efficiency with a correct/fast calculation of the oil film characteristic and independent analyze/design the trust bearing by automatically and repeatedly performing the calculation with a program. CONSTITUTION: A load condition of the trust bearing is inputted(S11). Shape information of a bearing pad is inputted and a kind of lubricant is selected(S12). A viscosity curve of the lubricant and an oil film characteristic coefficient are calculated(S13). A minimum oil film thickness, an oil film temperature, bearing heat, and a position for supporting the bearing are calculated(S14). A calculation result is output in a bar or graph form. |
