<p>PURPOSE: A conductive film and a conductive film roll are provided to suppress metal combination between a first copper layer and a second copper layer by placing a first oxide coating layer between the copper layers. CONSTITUTION: A first transparent conductor layer (3) is formed on a side of a film member (2). A first copper layer (4) is formed on the first transparent conductor layer. A second transparent conductor layer (5) is formed on the other side of the film member. A second copper layer (6) is formed on the second transparent conductor layer.
