PURPOSE: An automatic capillary dispenser for semiconductor wire bonding is provided to supply rapidly a capillary by classifying capillaries in sizes and supplying automatically the selected capillary. CONSTITUTION: An automatic capillary dispenser for semiconductor wire bonding includes a cabinet(22), a plurality of magazines(30), a plurality of rotators, a plurality of step motors, a hopper(46), and a plurality of push switches(26). The cabinet(22) includes a supply box(28). The magazines(30) include a vertical storage room(34) and a discharge hole(36) and are installed at the cabinet. The rotators include storage grooves to store the storage box discharged from the discharge hole. The step motors are used for rotating the rotors. The hopper(46) is used for guiding the storage box to the supply box(28). The push switches(26) are installed at the cabinet to operate the step motors.
