PURPOSE: A keyboard cover for selectively operating fast input and general input is provided to enable a user to selectively operate the fast input such as stenography and the general input such as a general computer by covering the keyboard cover for the fast input on a general keyboard. CONSTITUTION: A fast input cover(20) comprises a bottom face(21) having the same rectangular shape as the general keyboard(10), a sidewall face(22) being bent by forming one body with an outer end of the bottom face, and a combining part(23) combined with the same shape of a punch(11) as the general keyboard while forming one body with the bottom face. A 4X8 matrix part(30) of the fast input cover is connected to a converter(50) at one side of the sidewall face of the fast input cover. The converter is connected to a connector(12) of the general keyboard at one side and is connected to the 4X8 matrix part at another side. A membrane switch(24) is installed on the combining part and a stenography character is printed on the membrane switch by a silk screen method.
