PURPOSE: A system for automatically collecting results on a plant through the DNC(Distributed Network Controller) is provided to automatically collect/transfer equipment results data to a database by collecting signal data of each equipment through the DNC. CONSTITUTION: Equipment PCs(11) convert an operation status of each equipment into a data signal, report a work instruction, and perform work by requesting/downloading machine data and an NC(Numeric Control) program. IPCs(12)(Industrial PC) transmit the data signal received from each equipment PC with a generation time and an equipment code, transmit the work instruction of each process to each equipment PC, and receive/transmit the machine data and the NC program. An automatic result collecting server(13) collects the data signal received through each IPC and transmits collected contents to a results table. The database(14) databases/stores the results table. A results inquiry/analysis server(15) analyzes/inquires the results by reading the results table and transmits the work instruction to each IPC depending on the analyzed result. |
