PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interchangeable lens measuring machine, capable of accurately measuring deviations of optimum focal positions at open F values and optimum focal positions at the F values of AF sensors. SOLUTION: In the interchangeable lens measuring machine, a Hartmann plate 20 provided with a plurality of pairs of pinholes and a light shielding plate 21 are arranged between an interchangeable lens unit 12 and an infinite collimator 11 in correspondence with a plurality of open F values of a photographic lens 23, and a CCD 41 is arranged at a prescribed location, in the vicinity of the plane of image formation of the interchangeable lens 12. In the measuring machine, the light-shielding plate 21 is rotated to select the plurality of pairs of pinholes of the Hartmann plate 20, and on the basis of the intervals between the pinholes and the intervals between the plurality of pairs of pinholes on the CCD 41, optimum focal positions, corresponding to the open F values of the taking lens 23, are computed by a personal computer 43.
