PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the defect of a separation wall and the defective display of a PDP. SOLUTION: A plurality of electrodes, a dielectric layer covering the electrodes, and a plurality of separation walls are arranged on the main surface of a back panel of the plasma display device. The dielectric layer and the separation wall are integrally molded of identical materials.
