PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake device capable of absorbing a position gap of a pressure sensor at a time of assembly without harmful effect on a circuit board on which the pressure sensor is mounted. SOLUTION: This device is provided with the pressure sensor detecting pressure of intake air flowing inside a intake air passage 10a formed in an intake pipe (valve housing) 10, the circuit board on which the pressure sensor is mounted, and a pressure introduction passage 14 opening on the intake air passage and capable of introducing intake air to the pressure sensor. The pressure sensor 60 includes a sensing port part 0b detecting pressure. A seal member 80 including a pressure communication passage part 81 is arranged between the pressure sensor 60 and the pressure introduction passage 14. One end side 80a of the pressure communication passage part 81 of the seal member 80 is sealed at an outer circumference of the sensing port part 60b. Another end part 80b is put between a wall part 13 of the intake pipe partitioning the pressure introduction passage 14 opposite to the pressure communication passage part 81 and a holder member (casing) 70 and is sealed by surfaces.
