PURPOSE: A multichannel voltage controlled oscillator is provided to stabilize frequency mixer characteristics of all channels by stabilizing an output level of the multichannel voltage controlled oscillator. CONSTITUTION: A multichannel voltage controlled oscillator includes a voltage controlled oscillator(400), a first current driver(480a), and a second current driver(480b). The voltage controlled oscillator(400) generates multichannel oscillation frequency signals corresponding to a control voltage from outside, receives a predetermined driving current, and stabilizes an output level of the oscillation frequency signals. The first current driver(480a) receives first through N-th switch control signals from the voltage controlled oscillator(400) and supplies the predetermined driving current to a first output terminal of the voltage controlled oscillator(400) in response to the switch control signals. The second current driver(480b) receives first through N-th switch control signals from the voltage controlled oscillator(400) and supplies the predetermined driving current to a second output terminal of the voltage controlled oscillator(400) in response to the switch control signals. The voltage controlled oscillator(400) includes an LC tank(410) having a coil(L41) and a capacitor(C41), second and third current sources(I42,I43), first and second varicap diodes(D42,D43), a controller, a channel converter(440), and second and third transistors(N46,N47).
