PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fused protein comprising a secretion type protein and a target membrane protein, wherein the target membrane protein is bound to the C-terminal of the secretion type protein.

SOLUTION: The method for preparing a recombinant membrane protein important in a research for developing a new medicine, and the recombinant membrane protein, by improving a recombinant protein expression system of bacterium.
