PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window attaching structure of a construction vehicle in which a welded place can be hidden from the outside to eliminate the need for subjecting this welded part to finish working with high accuracy, and the structure of a window can be simplified. SOLUTION: An end 42 of an exterior panel 41 is attached to the external surface 47a of the frame 47 of a window frame 45. A window transparent member G is provided with a non-transparent part B subjected to a non-transparent treatment. The non-transparent part B is adhered to the frame 47 so that the end attachment part of the exterior panel 41 is covered in the transparent part B.
