<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for processing aloe vera which is not usually recognized as a food, to an easily used material for various cooking methods for widening the use of cooking methods therefor and improving the antiputrefaction effect on an aloe vera food product which can not be preserved in usual methods. <P>SOLUTION: The aloe vera-processed food product dealing with heat-cooking and capable of taking its active ingredients sufficiently is obtained by vacuum drying the aloe vera to concentrate the active ingredients and performing a devils tongue jerry processing by adding starch and agar thereto, or processing devils tongue roots by using the aloe vera as water content of devils tongue jerry. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
