PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the wiring work of a communication cable derived from an apparatus unit to be easily and simply obtained, and to prevent a fault or an incorrect operation by improving a heat sink properties from the communication cable. SOLUTION: The frame structure 22 of a control panel supports and fixes the apparatus unit 23 which derives the communication cable 333 in a casing 21. The frame structure 22 includes a framework 25 fixed in the casing 21 so as to support the apparatus unit 23 contained in the casing 21. The framework 25 has a U-shaped coupling clamp 26 which can support and fix the apparatus unit 23, and which can support the apparatus unit 23 by bundling the communication cables 333 derived from the apparatus unit 23.
