PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loincloth intended for solving problems of separation of the penis and the testes, stickiness of the back of the penis, search for the penis at the time of urination and the superposition on a cloth, tightening the thigh and the waist with an elastic rubber and uncomfortable feeling caused by sweat and stuffiness. SOLUTION: This loincloth has no cloth excluding a front body, a hip cloth and a waistband, and comprises using bleached cotton excellent in absorption and ventilation to avoid uncomfortable feeling caused by stuffiness and sweat. Tightening the thigh and the waist with a rubber is solved through using the waistband, and stickiness of the back of the penis is solved through attachment of a separation cloth which firmly separates the penis from the testes even if the body condition slightly departs from daily life. Furthermore, the loincloth has a wide opening like a trouser zipper for urination and the penis naturally comes out without search when lightly pulling the whole front body down and the penis is held through slightly releasing the front body after urination.
