ECCENTRIC ROTOR AND AXIAL GAP TYPE VIBRATING MOTOR COMPRISING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eccentric rotor which is integrated with a resin while maintaining strength even if a weight constituting the eccentric rotor is increased. SOLUTION: A weight (4) whose thickness is increased to that of a printed wiring board (1) is integrally molded using a resin (5) with a section other than a winding type air core coil arrangement region and the commutator member formation region of a commutator base material composed of the printed wiring board. The step provided around the weight is covered with a resin in thickness direction, and a resin packed part is provided continuously with the step as a reinforcing part which reinforces in the radial direction of the weight. The weight (4) is integrated as an eccentric rotor (R) while maintaining strength by axial reinforcement with the step and the radial reinforcement with the packing part. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
